Joe gained his experience as a home warranty customer service technician employed by a local home builder in Colorado Springs. The builder was so impressed with Joe's professional warranty skills and customer service that he asked Joe if he would start his own company. The builder wanted to outsource his warranty department in order to save time, money and resources. But, his primary purpose was to eliminate the headaches associated with homes that had already been sold, so he could concentrate on building new homes.
Precision Home Warranty, LLC was established in 2003 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to meet the demands
of budget-conscious home builders who are looking to outsource their home warranty services and management resources at an affordable price. Precision Home Warranty has earned the reputation as a trusted and proven home warranty management company that is capable of providing warranty service plans to new home builders at a price they can afford.
Warranty Services
Precision Home Warranty
provides home warranty service plans for a one (1) year period after the
closing date of each new home enrolled in our warranty program. These warranty services
include, but are not limited to the following minor repairs:

Paint touch up
·
Drywall and texture·
Caulking
·
Plumbing
·
Electrical·
Trim carpentry
·
Floor squeaks
·
Garbage disposals
·
Loose handrails
·
Window screens
·
Decks and fences
·
Adjustments to doors and locks; including sliding,
bypass, and bi-fold doors
Warranty Service Plans
Basic 45 Plan: All services listed above that are not covered by your subcontractor trade
agreements.
Mid-Level 55 Plan: This plan includes all the services from our basic 45 plan, plus we
will submit work orders for covered subcontractor services directly to the responsible trade partners in
accordance with your subcontractor trade agreements.
Premium 65 Plan: Our premium warranty service plan includes everything listed above in our basic and mid-level service plans, plus a
complete home warranty management program. This plan includes fielding all warranty
phone calls and service requests directly from homeowners enrolled in our
one-year home warranty service plans. We will also schedule home warranty appointments and track
subcontractor work orders on all warranty repairs. This premium plan
allows the builder to focus all of their attention on new construction.
Volume Discounts
Home builders who enroll
50 or more homes qualify for discount prices:

50–74 = 5% discount per home
·
75–99 = 10% discount per home
·
100 or more = 15% discount per enrolled home
